When to start PCT?

I'm doing a M-drol cycles o 10/10/20 and have heard different views on when to start taking PCT. I have LiquiNolva and doing a cycle of 30/20/10/10.
when should I start this?

Start the very next day after cycle ends. If cycle ends monday, then start tuesday.

I would run the Nolva at 20/20/20/20.
