I just started taking letro and nolva for gyno reduction which was induced from huge fat gain +Finasteride. I started taking it only 10 days ago this was the ramp:

45 drops = 1 ml/ 2.5mg letro

1. 10 drops letro / 20mg nolva
2. 10 drops letro/ 20 nolva
3. 10 drops letro/ 20 nolva
4. 15 drops letro /20 nolva
5. 15 drops letro/ 20 nolva
6. 15 drops lerto/ 20nolva
7. 20 drops letro / 20 nolva
8. 20 drops letro/ 20 nolva
9. 20 drops letro/ 20 nolva
10. 25 drops letro/ 20 nolva

I then found out I'm going to have a surgery in three weeks. It involves removing an implant from skull (from accident) and is fairly cosmetic though surgery is probably three hours. So i want to come off anti-e's for any health complications. I droped down to 18 drops on day ten then 14 drops day 11 and thought I would continue on nolva 20mg for 5 days then 10mg for 5 days to combat any rebound.

This would give me 10 days of nothing before surgery. I had bloodwork done right before taking anything and liver, lipids, were in great shape. Anyone think this would be a problem? Any adverse effects known? Should rebound be a problem considering a didn't take long and letro needs to build up in system? Also the nolva should have lowered the active letro anyway.

Thanks in advance

Sounds like something you really want to be asking the surgeon. In my eyes it seems fine what your doing, i dont think you'd get any crazy rebound in those 10 days etc but im no Dr. Ive used Letro before. Takes a few weeks to really feel the effect of it i think anyway.
