i wasn't sure if this is enough. i was thinking about bridging DTH from week 5-8. also how should i dose it? i was thinking 4 caps/day for 4 weeks. im coming off a pretty long epi/superdrol bridge. like always, i appreciate all input!

i think ur fine the way u r bro. only thing is i personally wouldnt go from 40 to 20mgs of nolva. i would do it 40/30/20/10 so its not such a short drop..but thats just me..otherwise..have at it! o..and i would start PCT Assist in the second week..just my opinion
