VITEX: Please Help!

Hey Guys,
I was just browsing through the internet on forums about random stuff today, like everyday and came across a herb called Vitex. In some forums it said that taking this could possibly reduce gyno and stop prolactin or lactation. Also, some said it might be able to increase libido after cycle and signal the testicles to began to produce more natural testosterone. As many of us, I've suffered some small cases of gyno and I was wondering for future reference if anyone knew of this. Please fill me in on what it actually does, if it decreases gyno and lactation, when to take it(On or Off Cycle) and where i can possibly get it. Thanks Guys... Just being curious...

As much as everyone think it's the anti-christ of BB supps and health and nutrition products...GNC carries Vitex in their herbal section.

Like $6-8 I think for something like 100 capsules of 565mg.
