help with pct? off a furaz and epi cycle.

I stopped an epi and furaz cycle three or so weeks ago and was pcting fine with nolva. I lost the nolva while moving and was restricted to otc pct. I overkilled it the first week with formestane and 6oxo. It helped for a week and I started to get gyno. I'm looking to get some more nolva but id need to know how to dose? Shoot me a pm or hit me back on here. Any help would be appreciated. Need info asap plz!
