Reading up on so many PCTs is starting to confuse me on what i should really be doing.

I am about to finish my first cycle

12 weeks
sus 250 1ml per week
deca 50 1ml per week

i have nolva clomid dhea and can get RXT an LX

what should i be taking
when should i take it
what dosage should i be taking

also i 've read up that i should on be starting 3weeks after i finish my cycle
