Nolva Timing

I am getting the run around on this so I will ask this question and see what I can get.

When should I take my Nolva for PCT? Spaced out through the day or at night or before workout, what?

The half life of Nolvadex is relatively high so a single daily dosing schedule is fine.

I take my dose at night before bed.

Agreed.. Take it at night before bed. I ve done it at different times and experienced hot flashes. Not fun. SO if you take it before bed you dont experience sides like that.

Is this the case no matter the dosage. I am running it at either 30,20,20,10 or 20 for 4 weeks. Its for 4 weeks of epistane and 4 weeks Rage RV 2 which is Bold and Tren.

All at night works for me if that's the best way. Thanks for the feedback man.
 
Yea it was at similar doseages. Everyones different so it might not effect you like that. But if its doable at night then do that.
