can clomid raise testosterone long term/permanently?

I'm in mid 20s and have low T levels, have done several blood tests and I'm not Hypagonadal, have been using test boosters and what not for libido and strenght for a while now, i'm trying go another route and Clomid seems to be a great option, so does it have the potential to raise and stabilize my test levels to where they are suposed to be and keep it there?

You would have to continually be on it for it to maintain its effects which, for a male, isn't recommended.

Do you have the actual numbers of the test results?
