Hello All:
I've been on a hardcore cut and been doing intense interval cardio with HR staying minimum 80% and higher didn't really worry about muscle sparing as i was "juiced" but no going into PCT i'm thinking I should drop down to longer session at say 60-65 HR to concentrated on burning fat as oppsed to higher calories per session?
Any thoughts
