Nolva?Tamoxifin?

I have gyno on left nipple. Really just puffy....not very hard at all. Tried letro with nothing really happening. My friend said he had gyno and lump and took tamoxifin i think and it has gotten rid of most of his? I have heard letro would work better but did nothing for me. I dont really have a hard rocky lump........just puffy nipple with some soft tissue under this. Would Nolv or tamoxifin take care of this?
 
i honestly dont have a hard lump at all. Just about dime size under my nipple really. My friedn had it worse and he said it got rid of his. I have had this for almost year now. So would it still work?

it may, try that and then add in a steroidal AI in the last week of nolva and finish with the steroidal AI
 
which steiodal AI> not familar. Also, i heard gyno wont go away if you have had it for a while? True? And how is letro different from nolva? Letro didnt work for me at all. Nolva will??
