Deca PCT help!

OK. So I have been searching around for a good PCT for my upcoming Deca cycle .

A bit of previous cycle info. Last cycle was Havoc and I had kick ass gains, however the last week my nipples were tender . This quickly went away once i stopped and started my PCT. I DID NOT HAVE A SERM in my PCT. I feel that the PCT went well.. no lumps under my nipples and from what i have read just because your nipples are tender DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE GYNO.

SO.. with that bit of history. During this PCT i want to be prepared and get a SERM. Any recommendation??
 
If your going to do Deca, not only would I have a SERM on hand, but I would also have some Cabergoline. Hopefully your not doing Deca without test, but hey thats your decision. Do some
searching on Prolactin and on Deca **** (or if that gets censored like I think it will , Deca Sides)
 
Because you probably wont be able to get an erection most of the time you are on cycle. You really need to do some research on this before you continue.
