i'm at week two of pct after a 6 week epi cycle. i was ravenous the last three weeks. now, i have to force myself to eat the same breakfast.
3/4 cup oatmeal
100 calorie english muffin with 8grams of fiber in it
1 tblspoon peanut butter
1 tblspoon "all fruit" jelly
40 grams pea/casein protein from trueprotein.com
5-8 grams ground flax seeds
is my body telling me that i don't need the extra food? I'd hate to lose my gains. Maybe i can make up the calories during the rest of the day. anyone else have to force feed themselves during pct?
other than that, pct is going ape shyt. MY nuts are hangin large and low. morning wood and sexual appetite is back.
i feel like i'm 20 again
i used a cort blocker during the first week since i still had some laying around. it was 7-cort from dermabolics.
also running analbolic pump 1x a day before breakfast.
anyway, i'm three weeks away from a real diet. i'm not going to screw around. i keep trying to use epi or some other drug during a cut and i can't hack it. my appetite gets out of control. so this time i'm going all natty.
