PCT dosing time?

hey guys! I had another account but wasn't around for a while and i just made a new one. Thought i would ask what do you prefer, to spread pct dosing throughout the day or before bed like the bottle says?

IMO should be done before bed..estrogen levels are highest at night.

night time seems to have the highest amount of estrogen flowing in the body, so night time would be preferable.

So, you are saying, if taking a SERM...like 120mg of torem should be taken all at night instead of spread?? doesn't it depend on what you're taking?

torem should be taken spread throughout the day. just like clomid and nolva (if taken over 20mg which some people reccommend which is nonsense, and you shouldnt do anyway.)
