I have been taking Lean Xtreme to see what it does as a trial for future PCT. I started at 3 ed but I noticed my lower back was really starting to act up. I have an almost nonexistant disk between the L5 - S1. Cut the dose to 2 ed and the pain has lessened some. What other cort control can I use for PCT or would the lower dose be effective?

If you are getting achy joints b/c of LX, its because it is lowering cortisol and hence, being effective. However, clearly it is lowering it too much in your case, which is why lowering the dose should help and be very effective at the same time.

I am going to try 1 a day and see if the back eases up more.
