not really sure your point. I worked in mortgage servicing for many years prior to teaching. In fact, I ran an fc/bk department for a major bank in ny.

Also, looking at the first one, I might be missing what the issue is. SO please feel free to enlighten me.

No. See, I responded in this thread because I agree with the OP, you did the opposite. At that point, you have stated a stance because you want others to know you disagree. Unfortunately, you haven't really provided a reason for others to agree with you.
