MeltUp: The Beginning Of A US Currency Crisis And Hyperinflation

The documentary proves through facts and statistics how hyperinflation in the U.S. is now inevitable and how Americans could soon see the end of entitlement programs they have become dependent on to live and survive.

Meltup features Gerald Celente, Peter Schiff, Ron Paul, Marc Faber, Jim Rogers, Tom Woods, and others.

NIA believes Meltup is the most important economic documentary ever produced in world history and a must see for you, your friends, and family members.

Interesting link.

If Americans were taxed at 100% of their income, it still would not be enough to balance the budget

Gotta watch the rest...

The situation is dire. But there are solutions, just none of them pretty. The question is which one will the people choose(and I mean THE people, not our governing body). It seems every one in awhile now I am meeting people who see moving out of America as the only chance at finding stability.

So are we finally going to see the end brought to use via credit(unearned immaterial product that causes inflation) and materialism?

Dunno bro. That requires a big culture change. As said in the video, people have got to realize that the American dream has gotten out of control. Time to let it go and get back to producing real goods for reasonable wages.

I would not mind seeing America subdivided, and find a way to bring back farming as a culture. Break up the megacorp farming, and instead of massive expanding of the "concrete jungle" stop materialism and return to a "sustaining life" path. When we came here, to America that is, after killing and raping the Indians of their land, people simply sought to "live".

By this I mean hunt for their food, enjoy life with their family, go to Church, help their friends and enjoy time with them. There was no race through college, no cut throat competition to climb the corporate ladder, etc. Our peace is gone, and it seems that we shall never get it back. I believe the entire world can never see the kind of flowering possibilities humanity once had a chance at. Actual "war" is not an issue, its technically healthy for society in small doses. But humans lost their love for living, and now live for the love of goals and competitions and materialism and money. And so great is this corrupt love, especially in our leaders, that the effects of it are irreversible.

Even a man who wishes to go back to that simple life, cannot. Not easily at least, I like a few others I have seen have been wondering about moving to another country. One that was less "horde" like and less aggressive and in such now stands not with its head out across the chopping block.

If the ppl of the US want to change things for the better we need to get some one in office that is willing to do some REAL change.
ie Ron Paul
I like many saw things getting worse and still see it that way.

I just watched on the CBS evening news that the stock market droped drastically today, and the analyst are saying now. that the so called recovery is really at a halt and fera deflation might be on its way. All this false flagged recession stuff is the product of the world system coming to a end and a New World Order being ushered in rather people want to belive it or not. This process has been a slow methodical agenda and is now coming full circle.

Please watch Aquarius the age of evil, its a documentary about the new age thinkers (many who are in office, world leaders and high places). It explains a lot of things about the current situation and the spiritual importance concerning the times we live in.

Once again Its called AQUARIUS THE AGE OF EVIL and you can watch it on you tube or google video.

I pray that if you do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior that you will get to know him.

Should they usher in a New World Order, then it will be every free mans job to stand against it. Seemingly its going to come down to a select core of resistance escalating it once that time comes. I fear our people, nay, the people of the world have become too worn down from our style of living to fight. Taught to love the things of life that we cannot take with us, instead of virtues and deeds that will outlast use long.

Yes, the thing that most mankind forgets is that this is not our home or final resting place, the world gets us so consumed in the things and material items that can perish, they worry about getting as much as they can and never realize that there life is a vapor that can be snuffed out at any second, and all that they worked so hard for or lied, cheated and stole for is worthless and can not pay for there sins on this earth. Most dont realize until it is to late,

The LOVE of money is the root of all sorts of evil, the money it self is not the problem, nor the things we buy with money. It goes back to the beginning of time, to idolize something and make it god or your # 1 desire and love in life is the issue because these things can not love you back nor give you life.

Man kind was directed to rule and subdue the earth and the things of the earth, its sad but instead of doing that the things of the world rule and enslave our minds. The enemy of mankind has blinded them to the truth.

Money is not evil, CREDIT is. Credit is the bane of any economy and will be the harbinger and doom bringer of a peoples joy. Most Americans cant even care about much because they are so focused about tending to their crushing debts. Mostly their fault, but you must also blame the man who laid out the poison as well as the persons who willingly drank of it. I have huge issues with credit, the yearly inflation credit generates, and all its other issues.

Nah bro credit is not evil. Among many things, it allows people to buy homes and establish companies that make goods and provide services.

Too much of it (ie. cheap credit) on the other hand IS a problem and that is part of why the economy is in the trash.

I like your statement about the man that laid out the poison though. As the dude in the video said the money junkies (Wall street) and the power junkies (government and bureaucrats) have f@cked the middle and lower classes. Wall street ignored their fiduciary duty and gamed the system to milk even greater profits from the pockets of the working class and then the government bailed the criminals out of trouble.

See www.escapeartist.com home of escape from America magazine.

Excerpt from the `about us` page

A game of global musical chairs has begun, and we are now changing places with people willing to go to America or the UK to work for a wage we no longer consider attractive, while we begin to move further afield in search of greener pastures.

Many of us are now looking for what might be called a 'life.' Tomorrow, it will make a great deal of difference where we live. But certainly not in the same sense as we now perceive it.

Tomorrow we will live where the best real estate exists, where the least crime and repression exists, where population pressures have not decimated the environment and where business is encouraged and not hindered by legislation. We will live there regardless of that place's global location or its former political posture.

If we can now buy a ranch in Argentina (or Uruguay, or New Zealand, or name your spot,) for ten cents on the dollar of what a similar property inside the United States or the UK would cost us, and if we can carry on commerce from anywhere we are, how long do you imagine it's going to take your neighbor to realize the very same thing? As one writer put it, "those folks who buy that ranch in Argentina today are going to have grandchildren who will think they were a genius."

Really fellas ignorance and greed is the the evil, at least two of them. The so called elite have the knowledge and understanding of the hidden things that the general population dont. The so called elite pump money, fame, sex, idolatry down the the throats or should I say minds of the public, they tell half truths and dis inform the public.

Even a blind person can see that the current situation has been orchestrated and is going to bring the world economy to its knees, thus bringing in a one world currency. And the way they will spoon feed it to the ignorant is this,

"we shall recreate the world financial system so that we can better monitor spending on a global level and we will never have to worry about this happening again. We will no longer have to borrow from other country's and have debt because all our currency shall be the same, matter of fact lets do away with all things that devide us a a species and become one people that worship and belive in the same things. And if you are not with us then you are aginst us and must die because you are a threat to our new way of life and utopia".

Most will except this thing because there mind set is, "oh no please dont take away mind 200,000$ home, escalade, rolex, and guccie purse. All my status symbols that make me look better then the next person but all along I am a fraud and a fake because I cant afford the things and the life style I lead but I will do anything to maintain it, even sell my soul.

This is why society is bombarded every day with greed and fame, to condition us for this change, this new age movement.

It would not matter who was in office, republican or democrat as the doc.. stated there all the same. This is bigger then what we can conceive, the battle of the ages.

NOVUS ORDUS SERCLORUM = ORDER OUT OF CHAOS

One of the greatest and truest line's in a movie I ever heard was this.

"The greatest trick the devil ever played was making the world believe he didn't exist."

Agreed.... look up "Agenda 21" and Chemtrail....

I really wish a man would stand up and say "No More, this ends Now!". I would stand beside him and even though it would be a death sentence at least I will go to my God with self respect and freedom. Seems though I have ran into people lately, many are stirring. A couple fellas belonged to an underground militia. To all the naysayers that the dam is not gona bust, wake up. There will come a day where you will not be getting your starbucks and wasting 2 hours finding out what each star did the day before and who screwed who.

No, there will come a day where your going to have to fight for life. I fear though guns and weapons of that kin have made fighting a horrible affair with no glory or honor, and even the victors come out scarred.

Even though our governing body is powerful, they are not invincible. Though they drugged the hornets nest before beating it, they should realize that they will eventually swarm out and sting. Normally I do not jump on many conspiracy theories, but looking at peoples apathy I do believe about the chemical poisoning to keep people cast down(in our food, and other methods). The Avarice of those in control is leaving the people of this nation, and likely the world with nothing left to look forward to but the end of the world, the end of time in this realm for all men.

Credit is not evil or immoral, not even cheap credit perse. What is immoral is artificially induced cheap credit not backed by real savings, ie inflation, which ammounts to defacto theft. What it amounts to is not the conspiracy theories about the New World Order, but a bunch of politicians who got elected by making promises with other people's wealth that could only be provided for by the printing press. And to top it off, it happends all out in the open, every announcement of a fed bailout, emergency loan, or even a target interest rate is an open announcement that more money has been created out of thin air.

Henry Hazlitt succinctly explains it here:

No, this is just wrong. Ignorance is there because people chose to be ignorant. Any parent who doesn't educate their children is at fault, not some outside entity. At this point, more than half the people of adult age in the US don't understand the concept of balancing a checkbook. This isn't from some outside conspiracy at fault, its from peoples own laziness, and lack of interest.

Similarly greed isn't an evil in the current scenario, as the greed cuts across all income levels. Its just as much greed for the person who has been on unemployment for 2.5 years to be complaining that the government might finally stop paying him benefits as any other greed. Or the family that believes that a middle class family ought to have a flat panel in every room in the house, and that everyone over 10 should have a cellphone, and there should be 600 channels of cable TV in their house, and they should wear designer sneakers, etc.

I think overall, some higher level of inflation will be a good thing for the US, so long as wage increases don't lag horribly behind. It will help reset the value of our national debt to a lower level, which is the only way to get out from behind the eight ball.

as the example, 7 years of 10% year over year inflation would cut the value of our existing national debt in half. So long as the incomes don't lag terribly behind that, its a good thing.

Any thing Easy that we can come up with that sounds like a good idea or a solution is what they will not do, the thing that most that do not want to admit about this situation is that its not about the money or the recovery of the economy, it is about a new world order and a new age.

You would have to be ignorant to not believe that this was something done on purpose, and there are outside entities involved in this situaton, and its your choice to not believe so but those that are running the world system do. And that is there sole motivation for doing so.

Ignorance is a evil and its not the ignorance about the money or financial system, its the ignorance of the sinister plane and deeds that are going on that is the weapon of choice for the so called elite.

These secret orders and societies do exist and they are at work in our American financial system and our world system and they have a plan.

To say that there is no outside entities at play is foolish, all you have to do is look back at all the ancient civilizations and sacred texts that have been left behind that point to a time that is coming up very soon. The world is in a state of chaos like never be for, so what do you believe the end game to be.

Do you sapose that some one will rise and say ah ha I have the solution and by next year we will back to normal, I mean the government does have the top educated people working for them so why havent they figured things out when they know that this speeding train is headed for the cliff. Because they dont want to and that has been the plan from the get go.

Please remember Easy that the word of God said it first, the LOVE of money is the root of all sorts of evils. So GREED is a evil. Its very ironic that somthing that was said thousands of years ago is still very true and a reality that we are living in right now.

Seriously, can you keep the religous drivel out of economic discussions? Its one thing the bring it up during a discussion that is based on morality, but quite another on something that is based on numbers. For every someone who comes up and says "heres a solution" there is someone who says how that won't work. There doesn't need to be any vast conspiracy to explain this, its simple math.

Carter started the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) to "help those who were underpriviledged" buy homes - ie force banks to write loans they wouldn't normally write because the groups were high risk. Clinton expanded it greatly. Bush removed some of the regulations on ratios at banks. We experienced a huge boom in lending, a huge boom in housing, followed by an equal crash. This was something that affected worldwide markets as lots of them invested in the US markets as well, and most other countries have their currency with a base of US dollars. Just as we (up until 1928) had our currency backed by gold, other countries have their currency backed by US dollars.

Apart from this is the constant ridiculous "progressive liberal" movement that tries to help people by making them comfortable with the education and employment level they have - removing any urge (and often value) to attempting to do better, and removing the urgency to create savings by guarnteeing a basic level of living even if you have no money. This is a worldwide phenomena, with I think the most notable example recently being Germany and Greece. Germany was forced to greatly increase immigration to create an artifically larger workforce as their birth rate was declining and the number of people on social services growing. Greece, i'm sure you saw the riots over their bankruptcy.

None of this requires any outside agency to explain - people's expectation of what qualifies as "normal middle class living" is HUGELY different than just 20 or 30 years ago as far as amount of income spent on luxury items. A family now thinks its normal to have flat panels in the living room and every bedroom, 3 laptops in the house and cellphones for everyone 10 or up, forgetting about all the other luxury expenses like starbucks or video games. So all this extra luxury has been financed by this credit and there was never any "real" money moving around, so there is no sinister outsider who took it all.

This!!!!!!

I really do think Credit was the sbitterweet poison of modern man. That combined with the avarice taught to people, money wasted on programs that should never have been to help people who dont deserve any of it. There are exceptions to everything, but exceptions should not become the rule.

Technology seems to have been the bane of peoples hearts, for it has consumed their daily life and even the rich people are not rich, all their money goes into technology and usually some form of addiction.

This is part of the equation but realistically I don't think that it can be changed because it is inherent to human nature. The reason why it wasn't an issue 20 or 30 years ago was because there were appropriate checks and balances in place to prevent people from over spending. Those have been progressively relaxed over the years as corporations (and yes some private individuals) have tried to increase their market size in search of more profits
(Note that I said MORE profit - they were already profitable).

20 or 30 years ago it would have been considered illegal, or at least highly unethical, to talk someone into a mortgage that had a real possibility of pushing them into bankruptcy. People will believe what they want to hear - this is why professions that have asymmetric info or the potential for a conflict of interest are supposed to have ethics and regulations to curtail abuse. Somehow those got lost in the last few decades in order to keep the profit and growth juggernaut going.

America was great when we imagined, designed, and manufactured our own goods in our own country. That was America; when anyone could dream and make it happen. Some of the greatest inventors were Americans, some of them legal immigrants who came here following the American dream. Now, it was just a dream. What do WE make? All we do is buy and use things from other countries. Our dollar's value has decreased. What are we good at now? Look at the jobs available. Engineering?(slim) Our customer service? We have greeters at every door of every store and restaurant. We've become a nation of consumers and servants. Ever go to a third world country? Nothing but servants. They don't make anything. They smile and basically beg you to buy something insignificant that you don't need produced somewhere else. We're on track of becoming just like Mexico. Great place to vacation. They treat you good and your dollar is worth ten of theirs. Trace things back and see where we went wrong as a nation. Economics is math. In math there's only one correct answer, no feelings. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Unfortunately the people we have elected and put our trust in have continually degraded and ruined America, what was a great nation. We've allowed this country to be a mixing pot of cultures. People used to come here to become an American- learn the language, learn to be an American. In some places the language that our founding fathers spoke is not even spoken. The day the American people became the minority (not meaning color of skin) is the day our voice and culture was silenced. Think your vote doesn't count now? Let a bunch of illegal immigrants vote according to their national interests. Who ever allows that, is a stepping stone to the demise of our country. Can anyone fix it? Or are we doomed to be the next third world country?

Well easy its kind of hard to keep the so called relegious dribble out of the conversation when it has been one of the major issues concearning almost every war that has ever taken place. The qar that we currently fight is about relegion that we spend 50 billion on annualy. The papacy controls the world system and always has the pope rather you wont to belive it or not is in control and all world, leaders have bowed down to him and kissed his ring including islamic leaders. This is about the governing of the people and thoae that concider them selfs fit to decide what the common person should be able to do. You can say what you wont about how we got here but the truth of the matter is that you dont know, its only what you have been told.

The conversations that have been held in secret places are done for that very reason.

To say that relgion dosent belong in this topic is plane ludacris when on the back of the doller it says IN GOD WE TRUST.

So there is no way to seperate the two.

Every war once again that has been fought has been over spirtual belifs , hell WWI began because Hitler thought he was doing gods will and that war is still being paid for just like every one up untill now.

The impact of relegion and whats truth and whats a lie has more to do with our current situation more the the actuall money itself. Most laws that are passed are are debated on the basis of what ethical and moral, so it realy blows me away when people try to sperate laws that were first established thrue the word of god, also goverment that was first set in place thrue the word of god and how a kingdom was ran in the bible.

This country was (saposedly)founded on biblical principles and people are crying about good america used to be but look how far away from the foundation we have gotten.

So for you to say that there is no place for talk of relgion in this matter makes no since what so ever.

Sure there is room for religion in this discussion as far as it influences human nature but that's about it. Sorry but to me your arguments come across as slanted and speculative.

I don't see where a currency crisis or hyperinflation has a single thing to do with anything you mention in this post either. I'll agree that most wars are fought over religion, however this current thread is about economics, not war.

Its a piece of human nature to want more yes, but its not a piece of human nature to feel that somebody somehow owes it to you. Its not because of corporations wanting to boost their profits, its due to people's basic lack of understand of simple math, their desire for luxury goods as status symbols, as well as shortsightedness. The Nike "Just Do It" campaign was where this really kicked into high gear, as it was the start of that expectation of getting and being able to do whatever you want.

Easy I did not say it was about war, but I wasrefering to spending that comes from it. The U.S. has been in Iraq and afghan for how long?

Your telling me that that has nothing to do with the current economic crisis, well I cant tell, the money wasted could have put people back to work.

Then earlier in the post you made a comment about people being on unemployment benefits for 2.5yrs, but if there are no jobs being created what are they to do, the system is set up to make you depend on it. Any one with since knows that you have to create jobs and there not doing and are not going to.

The goverment and big corps did this, they sent millions of jobs over seas but aerica didnt fully understand we did what we thought we should be able to do, trust those that we elected. Instead of understanding the beast which is the world system a system that is a broken system from the beginning.

The laws were establishd by GOD and set forth by him, politics began in the bible and so did every law that we live by. So how can you seperate the two, every desicion or bill that will and has been passed is based on what is good or bad, moral or immoral, just or unjust and so on and so on.

Easy im not here to debate with you, I would bethe fool to debate and argue what I belive is truth. At the wnd of the day though you cant denie that what is going on was avoidable and people saw this coming a long time ago, so if there were not a outside force involved in this why would we purposle destroy our country and the world as ww know it, because we are at the point of no return and life as we know it will never be the same. With in 18 monthsmevery thing will come crashing down.

One ? Easy, you dont belive that these things were in prophesy or that we were warned about them?

This was prophesized insofar as it follows economic theory pertaining to paper money inflation. This is not unprecedented, this follows the same path as the inflation of the Continental, the French Assignat, the hyperinflation of Germany in the 1920's, or even the Roman Coin clipping inflation of ancient times.

Your telling me that that has nothing to do with the current economic crisis, well I cant tell, the money wasted could have put people back to work.
Obama's budget deficit the first year was more than what was spent on the war combined to date......

No, it didn't have any significant effect on the economy, if anything it was a positive note as almost all of the equipment and materials used in the war was manufactured in the US. Our shortsighted labor unions have priced most of our production and assembly lines out of competition with imported goods, so this is one area where a war keeps manufacturing alive here. Its not like the money spent on the war got given to Iraqis and Afghanis, it was used to buy Humvee tires and repairs of equipment and ammunition.

In any case, its not the government's "job" to put people to work - its private businesses who put people to work. The less government spends, the less it taxes people and businesses, the more money there is in a growth potential sector for new jobs to be created. Again, simple math, no flying spaghetti monster necessary to explain it.
The qar that we currently fight is about relegion that we spend 50 billion on annualy. The papacy controls the world system and always has the pope rather you wont to belive it or not is in control and all world, leaders have bowed down to him and kissed his ring including islamic leaders.

The conversations that have been held in secret places are done for that very reason..
I gotta say dude what in the world have you been reading ???
So let me get this straight.....the Roman Catholic Church controls the world ???
You prolly read all about the Masons, The Illuminati, The Rosicrucians etc etc dont you.

The American ppl did this. Yes WE did this to ourselfs by living in a dream world in which you could live WAY beyond your meens becuase of credit that you never should have had.
Not saying its all of americans fualts but
When Citizens of our country pay MUCH more attention to what is going on with some bubblegum popstar princess or with who is being drafted to what team INSTEAD of what is going on in Washington and WHY we choose to elect someone into office WE ARE SCREWED.

We do not need some new world order antichrist conspiracy theorie to blame.

I second that motion!

Good points made and no scriptures needed, two thumbs up!
