Troops will already be out by 2011. The deal has been signed. Guantanamo, however, will close rather quickly I feel.
 
They're just closing the detention center according to the article. The facility will remain there.

It would be a mistake to turn over the base to Cuba. Its an extremely strategic location.
 
So troops will leave Iraq and be shifted to Afghanistan. That's already happening anyways. As well, we may very well see troops sent into places such as Darfur etc. Those are the kind of conflicts that he feels are moral and would be inclined to send us to.
 
Chances of a terroists attack or other high conflict in the world in his first year is greater than 50% IMO.

Yep, and machetes. They also love their gunpowder/cocaine cocktails.

I read the book, "Hotel Rwanda" (the book my have had a different title).....poor central African countries can be fuct up places.

It will be Somalia all over again.
