shipping and stock

hello, just wonder if you can use fedex and/or fedex ground for shipping?

Also any info on when you will get Steel Edge back in stock, looking forward to ordering and trying the IntraXCell/Steel Edge stack. Also want to try one of the big 10 lb boxes of Elite Whey...

We are Fedex for Express Services and UPS for ground. We tried Fedex Ground in the past and it didnt work well for us.
