Well I started this Today at 3 caps.

Current stats are 304lbs at 16.5%bf

I will post measurements tomorrow, but go ahead and post up whatever you guys want me to post. I can give only vague detail of my diet, however, it is spot on.

My goals right now are to drop to around 11-12% body fat, while maintaining strength and improving power.

I train Oly style, and can post my daily training schedule if you like along with any improvements or lack there of.

I am looking to get better recovery mainly from this product, and hopefully it will help with my cut in maintaining an edge in training.

I currently train 5-6 days a week, and right now up to 10 times a week 2-a-days. My calories range fom 7,500-8,000 depending on the day, and what I am doing, mostly this is what I need to make it through training, and still be able to drop 1 pound a week sometimes two.

Other supps I am taking are Cissus 8 caps, C2 5 caps, protein, fish/flax oil, and that's about it. :yawn:

I cant wait to see this log as i know ryan will provide a great log. I aint picky bro i know you know whats up, im just here for the log. :)

I'd love to see 300+ at 11%.

omg, how can you eat that much and lose a lb a week, I'm at 250lbs and had to drop to 2500 to lose 1lb a week (doing cardio 6 times a wk). You're a freak! Good luck on the log, looking forward to see your analysis.
 
I wanna see your training in here if you can Ryan. Last time I tried to imcorporate a lot of Olympic lifts I overtrained my back big time. Wanna try it again this fall or winter though, and wanna do it right.

It is a very fine line with overtraining or not.

no doubt, he's one big ugly fvck. take off 50lbs and some tats = me. ryan and i know the real secrets in this game are bald heads and goatees. :thumbsup:

Good mornings from floor 200x5 for 3 sets

Workout was solid, a lot of volume, I have 2-a-days tomorrow, which will suck. My strength is doing well right now, and I seem to have more energy right now in my training. All in all a good day.

As far as JW I really haven't noticed anything yet, my mood seems elevated, who knows could be just one of those days.

Calories consumed todat were around 7800

Basically an RDL from the floor. It is the same movement if the bar were on your shoulders, you are just pulling the weight in a forward position.

Gotcha, I was thinking of a Goodmorning with the bar on your shoulders and wasn't sure how the "from the floor" was going to work. Carry on with the great log.
 
No workout today or Sunday. I had a doozy of a training day yesterday I will try and get the details on later, but basically I did my squats and pulling movements in the morning with technique work on the Oly lifts in the afternoon.

Weight is 305, mood is great, and sleep is good as well. Recovery is going rather well considering the amount of volume.
 
Sorry for the lack of posts, but I fugure I will udate weekly. Anyway there are some promising effects that I will share this weekend.
 
Hey tomorrow is Mom's day Ryan, are you going to tell us something? I'm probably up next to log this one. BTW, not telling you how to do your logs but this was said to give you the kinda gains that would be similar to some of the products we've all come to know and love that will be leaving the market very very soon... so what's you take so far.

My energy is way up, stamina is up, libido is fantastic, holding little water. Sleep is great, recovery is great.

Training is going really well, strength is up in all lifts, and I am not getting tired as fast.

Blood pressure is fine 117/72, I do have a slight headache since starting this product, but it seems to be getting better. My joints are killing me though, I am assuming this is b/c of the anti-estrogenic properties.

Anyway now that things are getting good, I will start updating on a more regular basis.

I gotta say so far it's living up to the hype.

Yes, I haven't posted any b/c it's more of the same.

Weight is just over 307, but again I seem to be leaning out. I feel really full, and the best thing of all, as far as training is concerned, is my recovery is outstanding.

Other than that I feel fantastic, libido is through the roof, two times a day is no problem if you get my drift.
 
WOW, twice daily, there is a GOD who answers prayers!!! this should be marketed to guys who have wives who are reaching their peak!!! Try telling a woman you are not a machine !!! SO far great log Ryan

Hows it going big fella? Are you still on the recommended dose? I wonder because of your size if that is enough for you to continue to see result for a 4 plus week period of time. You just make one helluva test subject. :) Let us know how its coming man. Take care.

I'm weird like that, 5mgs of m1t was more than enough for me. The only supps that I find I need to mega-dose are creatine, and MP?? I don't mind being a cheap date though.:D

I will add though that I am going to get another bottle and continue on, and maybe I will experiment with higher doses, so stay tuned. Thus far I really like this supp, great for pct I would imagine, or a bridge into a cycle.
