A couple of months ago I started focusing on my back more (harder back workouts, longer workouts, more intense.) This is the First time I have Ever seen a picture of my back and I actually liked seeing that I had some definition. Take a look and tell me what you think I should look to improve and maybe throw me some exercises that will target those spots. Thanks :afro:

weigthed wide-grip pullups, upright rows, and rack deads (start about 50 lbs. over your max)! them rack deads will bulk your forearms up too.
