  1. What to work on?


    Im about 5 10 and 175lbs just let me know what ya'll think is lacking or needs improving.







    was flexin pretty hard in this one lolol



    (these are the most recent pics I have but they are still about 9 months old.. Everything is still proportonally the same exept ive got a little bit less abs and bis/tris are slightly bigger)

    Seriously though you look pretty ripped dude....get some better shots up...your back, your legs, etc so that people can comment properly!

  3. Dont have any pics of my legs.. But take my word for it if anything need improving it is them! After wrestling for 6years i never really got in the habit of workin legs.. Ill start one of these days though

    Thats better.....I swear there was only one picture when I first checked the thread!

    Dude dude dude....get your ass on that squat rack!!! Come on man, there is no excuse for not training your legs....a bigger upper body and bigger lifts come from working your legs hard...think of all that natural growth hormone your missing out on!!

    As for the pics, progress is looking good....a bit of extra back width from your lats would be good and since you clearly have a fairly low bodyfat percentage I'd rip those Ab's up too, get them popping!

    Lol yea when I first posted there was only one pic for a second I was trying to make sure I was doing it right. I know, I know legs legs legs blah blah blah lol I'll get after them slowly but surely. Ive been trying to improve back width in the past few months with a little success backs hard to widen up for me, my shoulders are not very broad and ill start workin on those abs too

    And Emerge thanks for your input too man I was thinking the same thing, I have a really hard time getting any trap growth for some reason I work them good once a week.. Lats are slightly better now than in that pic and so are arms they're sitting at a little over 16 right now.

    Thanks again guys. Ill post some progress pics here after I feel like ive got somthing worth puttin up

  7. What trap work do you do?

  8. Work them into shoulder day usually do dumbbell shrugs(x4sets), Machine shrugs (x3sets), Military press (x4 sets)

  9. Shrugs won't do as good a job as power cleans and deadlifts.

    Nothing has worked better for me (or made me feel more sore the next day) than power cleans. You could also do hang cleans if you don't feel like doing the whole motion.

  10. OK dont listen to these guys. Honestly here it is you have no delts no traps and no tris not much of a back either. i can't see your legs so i dont care about them rite now but do hit them real hard even if your quadzilla which i doubt. you need to eat and then eat more, but eat smart. sleep as much as possible. when your sleeping is when your body releases GH so go to bed early and hit the gym hard.

    tris and yer whole right arm
    'and yer traps try sum hang cleans to get big traps

  12. trap and delt thickness, and lats. perhaps in the near future do a bulk?

    I'd second this. Start deadlifting too.

  14. At 21 years old it looks to me like you have a pretty decent foundation to build on already, a little more arm size and some back thickness are what I would concentrate on achieving, dont overfeed yourself trying to bulk because your looking at what the scale reads or you will end up fat. Keep your abs, try to make slow steady solid gains, I would also focus on benchpress, barbell curls and pullups and dont kill yourself with the "leg" workouts, yes train them hard, thats a given, but safe, sensible workouts.

  17. Also, practice your posing between sets, after workouts, and at home. I don't compete, but I do practice posing; mainly because it's a form of isometrics, but also because I learn to control my muscles better.

    I would focus mainly on putting on more mass at the moment.

  19. Traps, lats and tris, if you want big arms remember that tris are 3/4 of your arm.

  20. I'd say LEGS... Typically, if a guy only post upper body shots, they are totally lacking wheels. So, start there. IMO
