10 weeks out

just a little update, currently 198 lbs and  right on track, the pics aren't so great because i had just hit chest and tris and my upper body is all pumped and legs are cold, plus im holding a **** load of water in my legs, but hell i still got 10 weeks to fix that **** (need to leave the thigh injects alone for a while..LOL) vitamin b-12 of course.."smiles"

I would like to hit the stage at 190, right now im sitting and staying at around 197-200 and bodyfat continues to drop, so its making my guesstimation more difficult. but should be somwhere between 185-190

I'm workin' on gettin' time off at work, I got promoted so we'll see if this translates into personal days.. I should've been down there again by now.. We'll have to plan alittle something, even if it's next summer..
