please feel free to critique the crap out of me. my reason for posting is because i am tired of listening to these GNC tips and being def, dumb, and blind. i recently lost 36 pounds (started 7 months ago) due to proper dieting and excercising. my goal is to stay lean and add some muscle and generally look more muscular. im open to any suggestions besides needles. thanks alot people.
