  17. well im at 189 now...working to 175. im planning on joining the navy this summer...something ive always wanted to do but couldnt do to my weight. im excited for the challenge!

    Go with dental tech IMO, the demand for hygienist is high, you can knock out your pre-req's in the Navy and you'll get a well paying job anywhere in the U.S.

  30. I dont expect it to be a fun time, but i need the numbers to drop and...im very frustrated haha

    my parents think im not eating enough, which is probobly right. I only eat 1100 a day lately, burn 1700 sittin on my ass and at the gym i easily burn around 500-600 not including the mile walk to get there.

    im terrified of eating more though. its hard being a retired morbid obeser and being told you need to eat more. gross :/

    It beats caving in to the cravings and giving up, something to be proud of

    try sticking to raising protein + fats cals, and leave carbs lower. the ketogenic diets do work well, for either fat loss or muscle gain
