diet is better I have been slamming down 3 to 4 shakes a day eating lost of chicken and lean red meat I allow myself one soda a week that is it lots of water.
Morning meal 6 eggs two pieces of cheese
10 AM protein shake
1200 lunch chicken 2 breast or red meat homemade 3/4lb 80/20 hamburgers /broccoli or cauliflower 2 cups
1500 protein shake
1700 work out
1830 post work out shake
2030 dinner steak or chicken green veggies 2 cups (peas,broccoli,green beans)
2230 shake or food bed
my shake I use 6 scoops of whey protein 2 scoops of muscle milk in 1qt of 2% low fat milk that makes 3 drinks
post work out shake 2 scoops of muscle milk and 16 oz of 2% low fat milk
 
Sorry yes I did responded to your PM I will be placing an order next week and will be buying 2 jugs of the Nectar instead of Muscle Milk. If all goes well I will order 6 more jugs of it. I will let you know how the Nectar works for me
 
You'll like the Nectar, brother.. Fruity protein shakes remind me of those drinks with the umbrella, only anabolic.. :)
