i ran a 6 week log in the supplement reveiw section of am
and was happy with the results of taking 4 caps of blue up a day. i had really good strength and lean muscle gains

whats next? im currently taking a week off from the gym then returning next week on a new program
looking more towards quality training and shaping my physique rather than all out power training that l have been doing
i will be starting new powerfull, bulk super cissus and posieden
next week:woohoo:
at the moment enjoying the break from supplementing, training, and eating 6 times a day
this is the first week ive taken off since some time last year:thumbsup:

thats was a while back and i got cut down with the flue part way through taking those sups. then spent 2 months before christmas struggling with it. id come right then hit things a bit hard then go back down with it. at the moment im about 4 weeks back into consistant training and am starting to hit my stride again. currently taking diesel test hardcore and trib test extreme and really liking these products.
no updated pics at the moment.
