    Thanks bro.................. I always did my abs when I was young and getting grounded to my room, I got grounded alot! After having a good base it was easy to keep them.

  14. looking good bro, pretty lean! your upper back developement is very good, but you have a very long torso, good for the abs but not so good for the errectors of the lower back, hit the deadlifts hard.. you have a good phyique bro, just a little critiquing on my part, I think you look great..Peace and keep training hard bro.

  19. Not sure what to tell you bro. All I know is that I can't eat enough, I give up on trying to get big. I am now just working on keeping what I got. Maybe you have inspired me bro. Maybe this is a sign that I am not on the ball, cause I havnt been on these bords for a long ass time. You must have had to dig deep to get my pics,or? This site isn't getting very many pics lol Anyways, ask and I shall tell.

    Yeah, sounds funny to me too, was trying to be nice lol Sounds all propper and ****.

    Lower abs, hmmmm, you know that leg lift/dip setup? Well do wieghted leg lifts in that thing. Start with 5 lbs and move up as you get stronger. I havn't tried 25 lbs yet. I never had lower abs until I started those buggers. Abs are a fast twitch muscle fiber and respond to resistence. I could do reg. leg lifts all ****ing day and not see a thing start doing wieghted ones and in a week I can see what it is I wanted. Power to ya bro.

    Yeah, just wish I was throwing in some squats too at the time lol Im 6'3" 190 , good upper body, no wheels though. Take the good with the bad I guess.

  27. Yeah Bro, I've been squatting pretty heavy for the last year 1 1/2. Hittin' 430lbs. for 6 reps, it has definitely increase my wheels. I just started Frontal Squats. Start hittin' them bro, from the looks of it, you've be rollin' with your set of big wheels in no time.

    I only have been doing my squats in the front, at my best I did 315 lbs x3, my gf spotted me too lol I don't know what made me more happy the fact that I squated 6 plates in the front or that my gf spotted me for it. Girls are good for that, well their good for alot, she didn't lift it with me she kidda just held my waist, I fed off of that. It was wierd. she is only 120 lbs.

    Your girl huh!!... I'm no mad at that. On the real though, if your doing frontal squats on the regular, your quads should have some good formation by now. Keep up the good work.

    I've always had abs. I started doing situps when I was around 12. I was grounded to my room alot. I would do situps till I puked. That set them. My abs were bigger then my chest when I was 18. I was around 155 lbs
