You look great and did a fantastic job regardless of bodyfat.. Its great to see managing your diabetes as well.. Keep lifting and also get some blood work pre and post cycle to make sure everything is on the up and up..

The insulin that he is taking could definately helped with his progress. I have heard of some bodybuilders taking insuline to gain weight. They inject it after a very high carb meal and the insulin acts as a rapid transport system to PUSH the carbs into the muscles. It is one of the most anabolic hormones that the body produces. About 10 years ago I researched this and all of the anabolic effects of insulin. But, since it has been 10 years this is about all i can remember about it. It will definately help you gain size because of the extra carbs and other nutrients that are forced into your muscles. I would not recommend using this though because it could make you diabetic. Hope this answers all of the speculations.

No more cycles here of lately and Ive not been getting to the gym as much as I would like due to work and partying. But Im at 207 right now and the only real thing that has changed is my chest is finally getting proportionate to the rest of my body.
