Hey guys!!
Hope all is well with everyone here at AM and that your diets are as tight as your butts! in the immortal words of my friend Kris "you could crack walnuts with that thing!"
Anyhoooo....
It is that time of the year again, yes, diet time. *skin crawling for a sec* :smite: :smite: :smite:
I am sharing some pics that were taken wednesday night please consider them my before pics for this season. **I know there is too much flash on my milky white skin to really see my legs but I will take some more pics this weekend without the flash and with a little more tan *lol*
Here is my dilemma.
Should I (based on these pics) diet down for one single comp on June 9th (Southern Isles in Savannah) then cycle my diet back up for the months of June and July and then cut back down to compete in multiple shows in late August and September?
Based on what you see should I waste my time trying to compete this June? or should I just work the show for Tony and Maryanne and press on building muscle and then cut for the late summer season? I love doing the Southern Isles but it is 5 weeks earlier this year than last year and I'm intending on shooting for the top end of the light weight class rather than fight it out with the beefcakes in the middles and heavies.
You cannot hurt my feelings, this is not about vanity its about progress and potential and I take the opinions of you guys a lot more seriously than some of the fluffies on BB.com.
I am talking to Layne Norton about doing my diet this year so if it works out that he can take me on then I think I have the potential to come in way tighter than I did last year.
