First off, thank you guys sooooo much for the kind workds. I know I'm not in the best shape still and some of you look incredible.

I haven't used any anabolics yet, I have done tons of research though and I know that I will at some point. I am going to naturally get down to under 8% first though.

Anyways, this is a general list of what I did over the last few months. I don't have the first pic, but I was 215 @24% BF towards the beginning of December.

HIIT cardio in the mornings
Ran miles and miles
Sprint training, core work, strength training 3 times a week
Myofascial release daily
Pre/Post workout nutrition

CEE + Beta Alanine
ECA Stack.
BCAA's
Multivitiman
Whey

900c deficit. VERY CLEAN DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also used a device that measures exactly what I burn daily. (that's how I know my EXACT deficit)

I also did about 8 months of research and dabbling before I made a true commitment and plan.

Thank you so much for the kind words!!

I will use AS eventually though, probably towards the end of next year... about 12 months solid clean diet and training with only ECA and Creatine should be good IMO..then I'll be 21 and ready for juice.

I"m doing tons, TONS of research of course!

It's basically the techie term for foam rolling your muscles.

It's relaxes and improves the quality of your muscle tissue, improving flexability and strength (i think it helps maintain and grow those muscles too)
