I got to pose down at the ALRI booth cause thats is who my nutritionist is with, i got to get on their stage and hit some shots that was pretty awesome!
Then i got to hang with my good buddy peter putnam for awhile which is was good to see him again and then just collecting all the samples and buying stuff at a deep discount!!

Great time that is my 4th year sad to see it gone already, but being there 1 week out sucks pretty bad cause i felt like crap i had a little cold and all i wanted to do is sleep haha, but i was able to keep up with all my meals and cardio and such so never skiped a beat!!!

I am actually going to try and work out tomorrow. If things go well I will work out for a month and then do surgery the first of next month. I figure I may as well be in shape before I have it.

I will just be glad to get into a normal grove, it has been way to many months in pain. I feel like a fat ass at a big 195 or 190 lbs lol. Feel like a midget.

Just got home from the show and eating. I ended up with 4th in the teens and 5th out of 14 in the Novice Middleweights. I'm pretty happy with the outcome because there was some really tough competition this year and I did my thang. But I had a great time and this is just my first show out of hopefully MANY. I've got a ways to go but I'm willing to put in the time so I can't wait to get back on stage in a couple years. So how did everything turn out for you brother??

Thats GREAT News Man!! Glad you had fun and really thats all you can do you cannt help who shows up you never know, you could kill one show and then take dead last in another thats the the sport man you know. But Congrats on a first time for you getting up there is half the battle that most people cannt even make it on stage you did my friend and i am proud of you!!

I took 2 3rd places there were a couple of FREAKS i had to deal with haha but big props to them the look great and the they got it!
But this being my first show it was all about learning and experience! so we will come back next year and blow this thing up baby!!
