Ya boy, there you go. all your poses look great. one thing you need to work on is when you are doing your front and rear double biceps bring your back out. You are hiding how wide you are there. Also in you mandatory they now want you to leave your arms down by your side and not try to bring your chest out. I saw more guys actually get yelled at by the judges this year for trying to bring one arm out. But other than that man you look great. You have plenty of time you are going to look sick.

Thanks brotha!! i will work on what you have said, the problem with back double bi is that when i make it wide i lose the detail, so i just try and bring the detail out. what do you think about that? curious to hear you thoughts.

Do not worry about the detail right now, you want them to see how wide you are, the detail will come in the last couple of weeks. Who are you kidding you are ripped already. If you hide your thickness some guy next to you could make you look tiny. You are thick so use it

I've just decided to do a show in July. I got a nutritionist that specializes in Competitors and also works on posing and designs a routine for the comp. I'm pretty pumped up. Looking forward to your pics.

Thanks guys all these comments dont help me stay very humble haha which i try so hard to do because there are so many guys out there who are bodybuilders that act like they are pro haha but i try and help out everyone i can and be there if anyone needs help. i sont let my body get to my head, its only by he grace of God that i am able to be involved in this great sport!!!
Anyways thats for the comments they really go a long way at this point in my diet! 4 weeks and days.
i am not going to post any more pics until contest pics but i will throw one up from 5 weeks out just to show you i am still going strong. or 2 haha front and back.

i will try and keep you updated but right now i am just like

B-bou i am not doing the northern anymore there is a show in toledo ohio that i am going to hit on that same weekend, then dave leberman i think that show you spell it, does a show in lakewood near clevland which is a national qulifier plus phil heath is guest posing!! so that the 31 of march that will be my last one for the spring, so march 10th, march 24th, march 31st. thats the line up guys!!
