| Registered User | I always found it easier personally, no guessing what to take or not eat or drink. When i competed naturally I would just slolwly cut my water 3 days out, no risk of using diuretics. Kind of miss those days. |

| Applied Nutriceuticals Rep Board Sponsor | thanks guys! here are some bigger pics for ya too! i hope to be in about 1 week out condition at 3 weeks out! got some veins in my quads!!!!! first time for those! pumping i will try and get a good shot of the quads for you. yeah chest sucks i am going to have to really hammer it in the offseason, i might resort to some power techniques to see if i can stimulate growth. and the back need to get thicker as well something else that will really be worked on! |
