these pics are from a lil while ago... just wondering what u all thought and what areas i need to work on... also if u could tell me some exercises that really work to help gain some mass in the areas i need help on that would be great!! thanks!!!

Good forearms, upper arms, shoulders, abs and you're pretty lean. I guess a suggestion would be to work on back width but you look solid from the two pics you posted.

Very good work, dude. Like the others said...widen your back/lats. Looks like you have the same propblem as I do also. Your right side is more developed than your left (if I have the sides right and a mirror wasn't used.). Alll-in-all, very good! Keep it up!
