hey there,

Been posting for a while but never got a chance to put up pics. These were taken by my phone, so the quality is low. I'm not as big as most of the guys on here but I wanted to get some critiques and critcisms. Again, sorry for the low quality...I'll try to get some other ones up down the road.

Went from 130 to 165lbs in a little less than 2 years...

It looks like you have a solid start man keep up the good work. If i were you I would focus on gaining mass for the next few years. How tall are you I'm guessing 5'9-5'10?

Yup, around 5'8
