    Just realized that these measurements were way out of proportion to his pics.

    I've seen 21" arms on a pro bodybuilder and they're enormous. His might be a ripped 18" at 5'11.
    I have had near 18" arms at one time. He is easily very well over 18".

  2. 18", and 18" lean are two different things for sure. I've been 18 1/3" at 5'10" about 14-15% BF (not the avatar pic, they may have been 17" there), and I had a buddy with arms that were about 17 3/4" and they looked considerably larger than mine did (he's about my height).

    If he's over 18" he's definitely no higher than 19". Jay Cutlers arms are 22". No way in hell are this guys 21".

  3. Hard to judge based off bbers measurements. they all seem to be off. Especially weight.

    I don't know kwyk. I have had near 18" arms chunky and not so chunky. His are a whole lot larger than mine. A lot. I mean look at the size of them next to his head. Those are easily 2 inches or more bigger than mine or your ever were. Easily. JMO

  5. He could also have a small head.

    Jay's are 22" flexed. And jay has a huge head

    Point taken

    Mine are just a 1/3 foot smaller than his then

  7. Its funny, when you look at Jay's arms 1/3rd food sounds much more fitting that 4". The dude is enormous.

  8. One thing you guys have to keep inmind is that some natural guys are using things like site enhancement oils, i'm no accusing him of using them just saying. And i'm sure cutlers arms are lke 23" now and no doubt synthol has been used in those babies as well as everyone making the top 10 in the olympia.

  9. I just watched his BB.com video w/ cutler and he talked about his arm size. Even the pros exaggerate, he's just honest. Just watched another video of some new pro bragging about his 23" arms and someone busted out a tape measure and they were 21.5". I forgot the kids name, but you can find it on youtube.

    And, each additional inch is a huge increase in arm volume. Exponentially huge.

    Circumference = 2*PI*Radius
    Volume = (4/3)*PI*(Radius)^3

    So, the volume/circumference ratio is (2/3)*(Radius)^2

    And, since Radius=Circumference/(2*PI)

    The ratio can be seen as:

    (2/3)*[Circumference/(2*PI)]^2, i other words, the bigger the circumference becomes the volume must grow by a power of 2 MORE ( volume is a power of 3) just to catch up, that's huge size and exactly why an inch seems like such a huge difference, because it is!

    i find it funny on two levels...One that someone must lie about their arm size, as if 21.5 is small...and two, that we think 21.5 is small

  11. I don't think 21" is small, .

    edit: I remember the guys name: Trey Brewer

  12. The guy on the right had 21.5" arms off season.

  13. I have to agree with Kwyck! While they are big and impressive, they are not 21"!! None the less, the guy does have a good physique. Adn...why must people over exagerate their measurements! If your arms look fing HUGE and ripped, and they are 18 1/2", then say that! Pepople will probobly be more shocked impressed with the illusion of them being mcuh bigger. But anyways, just my .02

  17. Thats some damn good genetics, so lucky.

  18. I'm sure this guy appreciates the kind words, but he hasn't been on here in 1.5 years!

    But I'm still curious to see the kind of progress he made or if he's placed at any events..

    His arms are def over 19". My arms are 18" and his look a decent amount bigger than mine do...

  22. Call me a hater ... But if he is all natural, I am full of sh!t ... which I sure am, but there is no way you are all natural at 5'11 235lbs after 2 years of serious dedicated training.

    Looks can be very deceiving. I have a friend whose arms look bigger than yours as well, they're about 17 3/4". The muscle shape just lends itself to that appearance. Relatively short arms, small bones, small head = big looking arms

    I'd give him 19 max. 20+" muscular, lean arms are enormous.

    E.g.
