Well I am FINALLY starting to feel like I am getting thick. Haven't posted in here in a long ass time.

I'm around 4000-4500 calories/day @ ~200 lbs, depending on what day it is. I am on a slightly higher volume 4 day plan for workouts :).

Heh, I know the feeling. I just got done with a push from 170lbs. all the way up to 188. I was on 4000 calories a day and a 5 day routine. I just now jumped back on the cut, as of yesterday. I started my grow @ 6.5% bodyfat and ended up @ 8.3%. So, it ain't as bad as our minds make it out to be if we stick to our diets like they're the gospel. I just dropped down to 2300 calories with way lower carbs. I'm gonna take myself down to competition weight before the end of the year to gear up for next year. It should be a good time.

Seriously though. I know I don't look near as good as you but I am learning to be content with where I am. My wife and friends think I am nuts when I gripe about being too small or too fat. I look and feel a whole lot better than the average Joe my age and I am slowly improving. Real slow. That is enough for me. :)

Keep up the awesome work. If I was gay you would be like, real close to my top 10, really.

Don't worry Ubi. Your still my number 2.

Shoulders I do 3-4 sets of Arnold Presses per week and I don't really work traps. I just started doing 3 sets of shrugs per week just so my resting traps will thicken up a bit but as for the way they look flexed, that is just genetics, unfortunately my relaxed bi's look HORRID lol. Deadlifts have really helped the traps come up though, and I only do 2 sets of those per week.

LoL trust me its there, if i am not flexed you can see it more, obviously the veins pop out when you flex. The 800mg test enan really bloats ya, the prop barely did at all!
 
When I get bloated I move up pants size. So you can take your non flexed "you can really see it" and shove it up your ass! :P

You just wait, on the last week of the cycle I am taking the anti-e's (which I am not taking right now) and I will show you what it means to not be bloated lol.

Just changed my workout routine to match Glenihan's workout. It can be found in the powerlifting/strongman forum. It is the "*****slap beelz" workout log.

Yeah I only do 3 sets/week of arnolds for shoulders. My shoulders get hit pretty hard on chest day too though.

Thanks for the compliments, not sure what b/f % I am at. I was outside sweating a little while doing some work on the house before that picture so I know I don't look bloated but I REALLY am so it is tough to get an idea of b/f.

Well there are a few other things that are taking away from my time here. In fact I wont be posting here at all really unless it is my log, which will be about 5 weeks longer or the AI forum, thats it.

lol Do ya ever notice how you're your biggest critic? Everyone else can be like, "No way dude! You look awesome!" But, you're still pickin' out the flaws. Heh, I think that's a good thing, but maybe we're all just neurotic. lol Who knows?
 
I got it tested at Olympia this weekend and I was 8.2% right now but probably a little leaner in that picture.
