Here are my "before" pictures i took them about 2 weeks ago before starting my log for Controlled Labs.(which is why i have the newspaper in 2 of the pics).



Any positive critism or comments are welcomed!!!!!

Looks like you're young and really have a solid base. What's your training route like?

It looks like your arms get a lot of attention and your chest/back doesn't get as much. If you thickened out some you'd be looking beastly. Keep up the good work.

My Routine

* Day 1- Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves, Biceps
* Day 2- Chest, Front Delts, Triceps
* Day 3- Back, Biceps, Hamstrings
* Day 4- Side Delts, Rear Delts, Triceps, Quads​

Wensday, Saturday, and Sunday are off days.
Biceps and Triceps I hit heavy but with 4-6 sets total.

thanks a lot man. I just finished my log about 2 weeks ago.deff got some great gains from it.
now im looking to bulk up a lot
