Post Bulk Pics

I've been bulking for about 4 months now, and put on a little size, and returned to maintenance a couple weeks ago. I start cutting here in a couple weeks, so i'm stoked about that, as i've gained a little fat with this bulk (as to be expected). I'll update the thread when i'm cutting. Thought i'd keep track of my progress on this thread . (ignore the date on the pics, i havent figured out how to change the date since i got it lol).

You're 18? If that's the case GREAT JOB! In fact regardless that's really good work. How tall and what do you weigh. I have a feeling your kinda on the shorter side, but that's what bb was made for.

Thank you for the encouraging words. Yes, i'm 18 and a little on the shorter side. I'm 5'7", about 182 or so at the moment.

BTW, don't take offense to the short comment. I'm just jealous :-) 10 lbs of muscle gained isn't as impressive if you're over 6 ft.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and such. Hopefully I can keep putting on muscle over the next couple years. My arms are lagging behind the rest of my body, and i was wondering if anyone could help me with that? any good advice?

For my diet, i just ate every couple hours. Usually a chicken breast with oats and wild rice, with flax seed oil thrown in. Sometimes i'll be at class so i'll chug a champion nutrition's ultramet. Then in the afternoon usually i'll eat a big steak and more stuff. I just tried to pound in about 3,500- 4,000 calories when i could during a day. My diet isnt as good as it should have been. I wasnt keeping strict tract of daily caloric totals and macros. I just tried to eat as much clean stuff as possible. I probably could have eaten a little more. For supps i use cr2, whey, bcaa's, and cissus. All seem to help quite a bit.
