| 347-0 vs. Grizzly Bears (346 ko's) | I like doing drop sets on t-bar rows occasionally, i guess thats my favorite. I stick on a few plates and and have my buddy remove one every 8 reps until at the end i just burnout and am doing no weight. And I like doing bb rows with an underhand grip because it allows me to move good amounts of weight. |
