heres my progress in chronologi lat cal order..... some arent really lat spreads but back double bi as i got frickin huge shoulder baldes and it makes it hard as hell for me to pose in a true hands on waist lat spread.... will take new pics tomorrow but expect it wont look good as ive been out 6 months.

before lifting all natty skinny boy start....



after 3 years lifting natty and then 3 small cycles over another year



after being off a year then epi cycle ones




after epi cycle pct then short 2 week propadrol then dbol and epi cycle



and then starting all out bulk before i got laid off and stopped lifting in august...




nothing close to most the guys on here but im comin up.... we'll see how i look in 6 months
