My bodybuilding goal

two Years ago i set a bodybuilding goal for myself. Ive done it though training, eating, and sleeping right. hard ****ing work and well worth it. i look like im 240 or so but actually i have very tiny bones and the muscles look bigger on me because of the small bones(which took harder work o i worked harder than most because most people have bigger bones) i was naturally an ecto and before i lifted was 6ft3 and 170, used to play baseball, basketball, fottball and i got into boxing, while i was boxing i started lifting weights and getting into nutrition, well i stopped boxing 4 years ago. got into bodybuilding , 2 years ago i set a bodybuilding goal for myself and i acheived it. here it is in that time ive done (all legal) 2 mohn 6 weekers, and 2 superdrol cycles 1st 3 week 2nd (which i just cycled 2 days ago 5 weeks) im taking novadex xt for pct and i started that on week 5. ok so here are my pics. oh i think alcar is awesome and plays a big role in fatloss , memory, keep test levels up, and just a great supplement.

Thats all for now Folks. these dont have proper lighting, angles etc so im going to take more pictures tomorrow after i shave my body. ill ost some upcoming pics real soon. most of these pics were taking today.

O and the main reason im posting these is i would like to give special thanks to anabolicminds.com....Doctor D, rryy, and some others i forget the names of but if i saw them id probaly remember.

John, it looks looks like you are doing great at this point in your bodybuilding adventure! Really though you look good. Keep it up. Im curious as to what your specific goal was from time you started? How much weight did you put on?

Thanks for the compliments.Still havnt got around to shaving my body and taking new pics but i might do it tonight;provided that i have time.

well now its either start using gear or not. i pick not..and not going to get into getting super big. i mean yeah im keeping up lifting (3-4 xs a week) but i have other goals that i want done.

ok on my first page i started lifting at 170 lbs, while i was boxing. i quit boxing, started bodybuilding 4 years ago.i set my goal 2 years ago i was i dont know maybe 215 with more a lot fat than now(like at 17 %- i did the bulking bodybuildign thing) then i cut down to 195 very cut, now im in bwteen 215-220 today i was 217 , and thats upon awaking, without much water in my system.

My goal was to look something like Arnold. i put pictures up on my room. i visualized me with his body. now i know im n0ot quite as big. ill post when i have time .

congratulations on meeting a goal.

I am 6'3" as well, and I agree it is harder to fill out if you have long muscle bellies and whatnot. At least it seems that way to me.
