First time posting a picture. This was taken on my spring break (really my sisters as i dont get spring break working..i just dont make money when i take time off).

Stats: 5'9"
24 yrs old
208 lbs in pic (215 currently)
Training since i was 17.5 yrs old.

Have more pics and will update soon, just wanted to get one out there. Any feedback/critiques are welcome. I want to look as balanced as possible (most people on here do i suppose). Thanks guys and gals.

Thanks for the feedback guys- much appreciated. Ill work on back width definitely, but when i work traps they get huge and looks like i have no neck. ill get a few more pics up soon - legs, back, etc.. as soon as my roommate sends them to me from his computer.

We have similar physiques, but I think your back is pretty damn wide already??? Not sure what you guys are looking at. I will agree on the traps but in that pic your traps will look smaller, I do have that same problem though (lagging traps). What have you run?
