OK, Ive been lifting for about 3 years now. I still feel quite scrawny for 3 years worth of training but If you look at my before pic you can see what I had to work with. The before pic is the only one i had of me in a t-shirt not long befor I started working out, its just a pic of my arm really but will will give you an idea. The other 2 pics are kinda blurry but I tried more then once to get a good pic but just couldnt....I know i need more work and have a lil chest but Ive dropped flat bench for inclines and they have really started to grow.
Oh and dont mind the backnee either...the NHA stack seems to do that to me...here goes...no laughing!
