| Registered User | Time to get busy.....Before Pic with Contest Log Like this site soooo much decided to do a contest log. Pic is taken 13 weeks out and later I will post Diet breakdown, supplements used and workout. I will try to do my best to keep it updated.... Weight in pic 229 lbs .....have gradually started dieting for 6 weeks already and have gone from 239 to 231 weight. For the last 6 I have not done any cardio, cutting no calories...only change I made was going from heavy weight low reps (10-4)Major muscles (3-4 sets)- smaller muscles (2-3 sets), to heavy weights with higher reps (14-8), Major Muscles (4-6 sets) - smaller muscles (3-4 sets). Now I will start dieting in full swing..I tend to lose fat fast once I fire up the engines. Height: 5'8" Pose is half ass...was in a big rush...will take better shots in future pics Supplements I'm Using. Mega-TRN >>>>Will use for 4 weeks on then 4 off then remaining 5 weeks run it again along with Mega Zol Insopro-R (RLA) Pro Liver Dicana Clen (2 weeks on 2 Weeks Off) On my off weeks I will use Venom and Sesamin. Morning Weight: 223.6 Leaning out More vascular pumps Still strong as ever This is my whole workout for the next few weeks Monday and Thursday-Chest and Shoulders Chest: Incline (Smith Machine) Seated Bench Press (Machine) Dumbell Press Pec Dec Shoulders: Military Press Behind the Neck Press (Hammer) Upright Rows Pec Dec Rear Delt Laterals Tuesday and Friday-Back and Biceps Back: Lat Pull Downs Bentover Rows Cable Rows Back Lat Pulldowns Biceps & Triceps: Dumbell Curls Preacher Curls Close Grip Press Cable Pushdowns Wen and Saturday -Legs- Best Body Part Leg Press Leg Curls Seated Calf Raises Standing Calf Raises (Or Donkey Calf Raises) Sunday-30 min cardio I'm doing Cardio everyday for 30 min High Reps presently (20-12 reps),,,this is to get the body totally confused since in a few weeks I'll go to lower reps (15-9), then to (12-6)...since the reps will get lower i'll be able to move heavy weight keeping my muscle. I can afford to go high reps now since my BF is still high but as the BF goes down I'll decrease the reps. This works for me and may not work for everyone else. |

Workouts have been excellent.....strong as ever This morning I woke up jumped on the scale and weighed 221.3 I actually been eating more food , chicken , beef and protein shakes...I did cut the carbs back to 150-175 grams daily. Increased my good fats and still the weight is coming off. Bodyfat is dropping down like crazy...did only 20 minutes of cardio today and 30 yesterday. Dicana- 6 pills daily Clen- up to 110mcg I plan on cutting the Dicana out Monday and give it a break for 2 weeks. Plan to go with the Clen for another week. Now the good part.....Added tren ace to my arsenal Friday (75mg) and will go with this EOD....still using the Mega TRN but was advised to go with 1-2 tabs instead of the instructed 3 while "ON". Plan to add Prop in 8 weeks out and Win 6 weeks out. Pic Tomorrow |

| Registered User | Traning has gone very well the past 2 days...still strong and ready for more! Had a real bad headache the last couple of days and I think it's a BP issue. I blame myself....Saturday I took a cialis (100mg) and ever since then I've had the headaches. Today the Headache has stopped...Lesson learned.... Weight today was 220.... I had my partner take a few pics...he needs a few lessons since he had the camera rope hang in front of the lens..."REAL SMART" 12 Weeks out.... |

Right now I have include extreme energy fat burner in the morning (Stizm by Thermolife)2 pills before I work out...then after my post workout meal I take the clen/keto.....so as you can imagine I am flying. BP is fine Still strong as ever Tons of energy Gained some weight.....but the bodyfat has fallen more Weight this morning: 224lbs On Sundays I was doing about 30-45 minutes of cardio....I did 1 hour today. Gym closes early so no evenng cardio Today is my cheat day and I will have a cheat day up until 2 weeks before my show.... Going to bed about a hour early since I'm pretty worn out from th additional workload Been running clen and ketofin together and will continue to run....how long is hard to tell.... Still running tren ace 75mgs EOD Still Running Mega Tren- 2 pills daily uni-liver- 10 to 20 pills daily RALA Pro Liv Have not started the Mega Zol will run the last 6 weeks Was going to run ATD since I was starting to hold some water....bloat.....Any input on this idea?
