Like this site soooo much decided to do a contest log. Pic is taken 13 weeks out and later I will post Diet breakdown, supplements used and workout. I will try to do my best to keep it updated....

Weight in pic 229 lbs .....have gradually started dieting for 6 weeks already and have gone from 239 to 231 weight. For the last 6 I have not done any cardio, cutting no calories...only change I made was going from heavy weight low reps (10-4)Major muscles (3-4 sets)- smaller muscles (2-3 sets), to heavy weights with higher reps (14-8), Major Muscles (4-6 sets) - smaller muscles (3-4 sets).

Now I will start dieting in full swing..I tend to lose fat fast once I fire up the engines.

Height: 5'8"

Pose is half ass...was in a big rush...will take better shots in future pics

Supplements I'm Using.

Mega-TRN >>>>Will use for 4 weeks on then 4 off then remaining 5 weeks run it again along with Mega Zol
Insopro-R (RLA)
Pro Liver
Dicana
Clen (2 weeks on 2 Weeks Off) On my off weeks I will use Venom and Sesamin.
Uni-Liver

Sorry Bros ....Been real tired....I'm also a Personal Trainer and after working out....clients, etc....I am bushed. Eating has been on par and I weighed myself today...

Sunday-30 min cardio

I'm doing Cardio everyday for 30 min
High Reps presently (20-12 reps),,,this is to get the body totally confused since in a few weeks I'll go to lower reps (15-9), then to (12-6)...since the reps will get lower i'll be able to move heavy weight keeping my muscle. I can afford to go high reps now since my BF is still high but as the BF goes down I'll decrease the reps. This works for me and may not work for everyone else.

ok....

Workouts have been excellent.....strong as ever

This morning I woke up jumped on the scale and weighed 221.3

I actually been eating more food , chicken , beef and protein shakes...I did cut the carbs back to 150-175 grams daily. Increased my good fats and still the weight is coming off. Bodyfat is dropping down like crazy...did only 20 minutes of cardio today and 30 yesterday.
Dicana- 6 pills daily
Clen- up to 110mcg

I plan on cutting the Dicana out Monday and give it a break for 2 weeks. Plan to go with the Clen for another week.

Now the good part.....Added tren ace to my arsenal Friday (75mg) and will go with this EOD....still using the Mega TRN but was advised to go with 1-2 tabs instead of the instructed 3 while "ON". Plan to add Prop in 8 weeks out and Win 6 weeks out.

Traning has gone very well the past 2 days...still strong and ready for more!
Had a real bad headache the last couple of days and I think it's a BP issue. I blame myself....Saturday I took a cialis (100mg) and ever since then I've had the headaches. Today the Headache has stopped...Lesson learned....

Weight today was 220....

I had my partner take a few pics...he needs a few lessons since he had the camera rope hang in front of the lens..."REAL SMART"

Ok...I know this log isn't day to day but it's basically the same everyday...if I make changes in my diet, weight training, supps, etc I will post them..

Right now I have include extreme energy fat burner in the morning (Stizm by Thermolife)2 pills before I work out...then after my post workout meal I take the clen/keto.....so as you can imagine I am flying.
BP is fine
Still strong as ever
Tons of energy
Gained some weight.....but the bodyfat has fallen more
Weight this morning: 224lbs
On Sundays I was doing about 30-45 minutes of cardio....I did 1 hour today. Gym closes early so no evenng cardio

Today is my cheat day and I will have a cheat day up until 2 weeks before my show....
Going to bed about a hour early since I'm pretty worn out from th additional workload

Been running clen and ketofin together and will continue to run....how long is hard to tell....

Still running tren ace 75mgs EOD
Still Running Mega Tren- 2 pills daily
uni-liver- 10 to 20 pills daily

Pro Liv
Have not started the Mega Zol will run the last 6 weeks
Was going to run ATD since I was starting to hold some water....bloat.....Any input on this idea?

Yeah he is still locked in a locker at our gym.....I may let him out in about another day or so since I thought I heard him moaning ...LOL

I'll post my complete diet later this week..... I tweak it every few weeks due to bodyfat changes, etc....
Really aiming to keep as much muscle as possible.....

I appreciate all comments good or bad....for now you bros are the Judges!!!

Ran out of the Dicana and will run it again in another 2 weeks for 4 weeks then leave it alone. Hopefully I'll have no need for it...then again if I do I will run it again to at least 2 weeks out.

As of today I started Sesamin and Venom hyperdrive 3.0..really want to go into OVERDRIVE!

NICE, thanx for the response, also keep us updated on the venom overdrive, as i might employ that for a thermo... I loved Dicana, but it def has to be ran at 6 caps to work IMO...

Quick question ..I was running Tren every Tuesday and Saturday 75mg per dose.......would it do any harm to run it every other day at 75mgs per dose.....or would it be tooooo much in preparing for a contest

Thanks for the compliment...and advice!

Genetics....

try riding a stationary bike with the seat real low...for thighs and the seat kinda high for calves...your legs will thanks you for it..does wonders....

You should be glad to have baseball calves, its a sign of athleticism. I think with the brotha calves, if you work hard they look so much better then those unathletic looking monster calves. I definitely have a brotha build and am very thankful for it. BTW not dogging you at all Mr. allnatural, you look awesome.

To each his own, but I know what judges as well as people look for in comps, and baseball calves are not in. Yes they look good but optimally a long not high calf is not wanted. You cannot tell me when you see DeMayo's calves in mags they do not strike awe. All in all I am happy with what I have but my calves lack the uumph, and I love to hit em.

I didn't understand what you said really, long not high calve? Demayo's calves are huge, but they look dysfunctional. I'm into functional bodybuilding, bodybuilding while still being able to move.

The fact of the matter is baseball calves don't last in Bodybuilding Shows

Body fat is dropping like crazy...daily...weight is still at 212 .....I forgot to mention that I have been using clen along with everything else. Any advise.....please give!

I understand that calf muscles are genetic. I also understand that high calves don't do well in bodybuilding shows, but I just feel that they should do well. Obviously my opinion means nothing in the BB world, but a muscular high calf looks so much more impressive then a long one. I guess I am bias towards the athletic look. BTW just so you don't keep saying something wrong, I believe it is "few and far between".

BINGO.....the guys at my gym are really rooting for me and today one of the guys give me 1 bottle of Masteron and Halotestin (Oral) tons of it....

I have 4 weeks untill my show...any recommendations on how I could run them

Presently using Tren EOD 75mg and Win (oral) 30 mg daily

Also using T3 and Clen

And Nolva

Whoa Halo, you lucky mofo and MASTERON !!! well Masteron can be ran 75-100mgs eod. As for halo I have not a clue. Halo seems risky(hepatoxicity), but I have heard how hard it makes you. Good luck, its day 5 of little to no carbs. It has been leaning me out so well...

PS. watch your bp on these compounds, hawthorne berry (1 gram) and potassium are nice to have around.

I believe you can use Masteron up until show. My show is this Sat. Friday I will carb up, because carbs and me are not friends at all.

Aww shucks man, THANKS-- I think I will do alright, its my virgin Comp, so i am going to enjoy it. I am going against some serious mass monsters, but all in all I will do more as I have been pointed to some Indiana COMPS in JULY so I can get tighter and have a better precontest strategy, as I plan to bulk correctly from sep-Nov and do the Beverly Int show in March hopefully in the Heavyweights but as a big heavy. I am 6'1" so i have a lot of frame to fill out.

O.K, this where the brutha's hang out at. I should be able to get a wealth of information from you guy's.

I tried every routine given to me and I still can't add muscle size below my knee's. I can't even call my calf a baseball because it's a little bit smaller than a baseball. I always looked at it as a curse for the black BB.

Any suggestions guys?

Yeah man, its crazy, I have added more on my calves this week than ever by blasting them for high reps everyday. I mean 4 -5 sets of 20-25 reps on the leg press machine. And its been working man, def not for the week though you look crazy walking on your heels.

Both can be done I know a lot that'll press into a calf raise but he's probably talking about a pure calf raise off the machine.

Well everyone...got my internet back on....well the show was June 10th....Did pretty good...
Won Masters Heavyweight
Won Masters Overall
Won Light Heavyweight Open
Placed 2nd Overall...almost took it all by one point...

Headed to Pittsburgh going for the Pro Card.....

Pic included is of me and a client I trained for the show....she did great herself....I will provide stage pics in a few days.....

Thank you for your advice..every little bit helped me. Now I have a major question

I'm getting ready for a show (July 21, 22 Pittsburg) and I have started cutting again after a short bulk from the last show. My weight this morning is 205, bodyfat has gone up only 1 percent and once again I'm using
1. Tren 75mg Tuesday and Thursday
2. Sustanon M-W-F
3.Winny (Injectable) T-T-Sat

Will add in Masteron the end of this week

IFBB Pro George Farah is training me for this and he says I should run sus until mid week of the show. I cut sus out early (2 weeks) from the last show and dropped a ton of water. The thing was that I was not using Armidex like I am now.

T3 100mcg (50 morning/50 night
Dicana 2 pills 3 times daily
Armidex 2 x 100mg

I orders some Ectotropin and IGF-1 R3 and I know I will use the ecto but should I use the IGF?

Cardio daily 30 min
Weights one bodypart per day

Does this all sound good or can things be tweaked?
