  5. 28's would be too tight.. I'm holdin' on to a 30" waist, I usually wear 2 sizes up to have some room..

    201lbs, bf% unknown maybe 8.9% or so..

    Let's see, I've been lifting for 16yrs.. 14 of those were all natty.. My lab subject has only done 3 regimens with analogues, test/tren each time.. Used Phera-Plex for a 3wk cycle, liked it alot.. SuperDrol is pretty good, no lowerback pumps and liver values never went up..

    I don't max out anymore to be nicer to my joints, but I get 365 for 8 on the bench, 405 for 8 on deads, 450 for 8 on squats, no idea on shoulder press..

    Are you going to get back into competing? It wouldn't take you long to prep considering where you are now, and with a taper like that you're bound to clean up.

  35. Well, I do have a friend who could help with conditioning and we may give it a go this spring.. I'll even post before/after shots to show how things come along, then I'll make up my mind to get back into competition..

    When I'm dieting I do.. My favorites are Lipo-6, Tight, and so far Jet Fuel is on the "Damn Good!" list..

    This past summer I dieted down from 215 to 196 using Dicana and Jet Fuel.. That, along with a solid diet my friend is how I keep a 30" waist..

  38. Cool, gonna look into those supps, BigPete...Although i'm sure I could do just fine by having a clean diet but what the hell i'm always looking for a reason to add another supp to the diet. :P
