Bodyfat estimate?

First pic(170 lbs) was after loosing about 50 lbs on a low carb diet
Second pic(205 lbs) was after a 1-t/4ad 5 weeker
Third pic(228lbs) was after a 20md/day 3 weeker of SD

Can anyone estimate my bodyfat in the third pic?

I would put you anywhere from 18% - the low 20's.

Hard to tell with that pic.

18'ish could be lower, seems like your stomach is your problem area
