New renton pics

I would say you probably need a little more muscle dude. When I was playing ball I was 275 with a frame a little leaner than your but with a lot more muscle. When I started to eat like a bodybuilder afterwards the pounds started coming off. You don't need to do anything drastic. All I did was eat really healthy and made sure I worked out 6 days a week. I think if you cut you would be cutting for a long time bro.
 
The pics are bad quality...My right arm is at 16 inches exact, non pumped, and my left is 15 1/2...But because I have long arms the proportion dosent show too good...Im sittin at 194lbs but trimming the fat from the lower abs region is what Im having trouble with..Im upping the cardio to 30-40 minutes a day...
