i actually havent even been bulking since the first pics. ive been eating clean, making sure ive been getting in enough fat and protein and my carbs are low...about 150-200g per day. 250-300g protein and 75-100g unsaturated fat. i switched my training to twice a week for each body part which has helped a little i think.

been working out since i was about 15 but wasnt super serious about the diet and all until i was about 17.
